Edith Suchodrew

born 1953 in Eupatoria (former USSR).

1971 graduation Janis Rozentals Art School at the Art Academy in Riga (Latvia). 1981 graduated from the Academy of Arts in Riga with a diploma in graphic arts, "Diploma of Free Visual Arts".

 

• Member of the International Association of Art (IAA) at UNESCO.

• Member of the Art Addiction Medial Art Association (AAMAA).

• Member of the Artists Association of the USSR and Latvia.

 

Since 1991 resident in the FRG / Aachen.

Since 1974 participation in more than 440 exhibitions and also in 96 solo exhibitionsworldwide. Numerous international awards and prizes (to date 36) . Works of art enrich museums and private collections around the world.

 Book design with illustrations ( 45 books ).

Since the death of her mother, Doris Suchodrew (May 17, 2000 in Aachen), the artist Edith Suchodrew recites her poems.
